Woodland students participated in the play Annie Jr., where an orphaned girl named Annie spends her childhood in an orphanage run by an unpleasant mistress, Ms. Hannigan. It does have a happy ending. Annie gets adopted by a New York millionaire, Mr. Warbucks. In this play, the theme of hope is found during the toughest of times is present.
Every student who was involved showcased their special talents. Being on stage is hard and singing and performing on it is the hardest thing to do, but the end result was really awesome!
